Retreats, Concerts & Events at Launde Abbey

 

There are a variety of difference events and concerts at Launde Abbey throughout the year, many of which are for our own fund-raising.  In a typical year the events include our Snowdrop Spectacular in the early spring, Valentine’s Day lunches and dinners and special lunches on Mothering Sunday and Easter Sunday. There are usually Fun Weekends during the spring and late summer Bank Holiday weekends, and the Abbey is open for morning coffee, lunches and afternoon teas throughout the year.  December also sees a series of traditional Christmas lunches and our elegant House Parties, which are usually very popular.  Other, regular events are listed below.

Cookery Demonstration and Supper Evenings

A series of Cookery Demonstrations with local Chefs, including a two-course supper. The evenings are a great way to learn new skills and spend time with friends, with the added benefit of being able to try the food being demonstrated.

Price: £15.00 per person, including two-course supper

Each evening will start at 7.30pm for 7.45pm with supper, followed by the cookery demonstration.

Pudding Nights at Launde Abbey

 

If the pudding course is always the best part of any meal for you, why not come along to Launde Abbey and indulge yourself properly.  Enjoy a modest savoury first course, followed by six delicious puddings, until you have to say “I’m full!”
