In the afternoons\, there’s the option to continue gardening or take some time for personal rest and reflection. \n\n\n\nThis retreat offers an opportunity to integrate spiritual reflection with practical work in nature. Each day includes the chance to join the community for chapel worship\, with a daily reflection or reflective walk. \n\n\n\nWe take pride in our hospitality\, and guests will enjoy full board catering and a private\, comfortable bedroom with ensuite facilities as part of your stay with us. \n\n\n\nAll necessary tools and equipment are provided at Launde Abbey\, though you’re welcome to bring your own non-powered gardening tools if you prefer. As well as being able to join with the Launde community in prayer you will have the opportunity to meet with a spiritual accompanier each day. The retreat will be led by Rhona Knight and a team of experienced accompaniers. \n\n\n\nRhona is a theological educator\, pastoral supervisor and spiritual director and is a regular retreat leader at Launde Abbey.
