To develop healthy rhythms as we seek to live out our lives of faith. To understand the importance of rest as well as action\, and that adopting this balance is\, in fact\, biblical. \n\n\n\nThere will be time to listen\, pray and reflect\, with optional creative\, reflective activities for those who find them helpful. \n\n\n\nThis Quiet Day will be led by the Revd Fran Grasham\, our Resident Chaplain. \n\n\n\nQuiet Day price: £46 includes lunch and coffee and tea throughout the day.Why not think about extending your time at Launde by staying overnight after the event.  Check for availability and a quote when you contact us. \n\n\n\nYes – I’d like to take part in this Quiet Day!
