Keeping You Safe

Keeping You Safe at Launde Abbey

“Having been one of the first guests back since lockdown I felt safe; everything is being done to keep us all safe and anxious free. Well done Launde!” (Kerry, August 2020)

Whether you are a first time visitor or a seasoned guest, we’re delighted to welcome you to Launde Abbey.

We’re as passionate about ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our guests and staff in these difficult times as we’ve always been. We’re doing everything we can to ensure that during your visit to the Abbey you’re safe, secure and protected.

Making a safe environment for everyone at Launde is our priority, so to reassure you of the changes we have put in place we have created this Keeping You Safe programme. Please take the time to read this information at the time of your booking and also before your arrival. This will help you know what you can expect to experience when you visit us and how you can play your part.

We’ll be taking as much care ‘behind the scenes’ as in our public areas when it comes to cleaning and safety procedures. We have robust social distancing measures in place, staggered rotas, task relevant PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) and ‘team bubbles’ to minimise risk.

You’ll also have the reassurance that all staff are temperature tested every day before starting work.
