Apply for the Holy Listening course

Applications for Holy Listening may be made via email or post. The closing date for applications is Friday 17th November. You should give details of two referees who are prepared to support your application, one of whom should be a representative of your sponsoring community.

We encourage potential applicants to engage in a process of discernment, asking themselves and God whether they are called to this course. This may include conversations with your spiritual director, friends and family members, and ministers in your church or Christian community. It should also include prayerful reflection on your sense of calling and the gifts and experience you might bring to the ministry of spiritual direction.

Interviews will be held at Launde Abbey during the week beginning Monday 4th December, and you’ll be asked to indicate on the form which dates you will be available for the interview. We’ll let candidates know by Friday 8th December whether or not their application has been successful.
