This retreat is tailored for those approaching retirement, as well as those already retired. We will be using short talks, prayers, time for reflection, music, poetry and prose, and simple acts of worship. There will be the opportunity for a short individual conversation with one of the leaders if you wish.

Join us for this retreat with John Bell exploring 'Spiritual Mentors in Holy Scripture.' But not the likely suspects – Moses, Isaiah, Paul and the other 'greats.' Instead, we will consider those who in terms of volume have little written about them.

Using Julian's prayerful reflections from the book 'Revelations of Divine Love,' this weekend retreat will offer a spacious mix of teaching, stillness and contemplative prayer, with further options for body prayer, photography and creative attention to the beautiful landscape at Launde.
