Staff

Our staff team works both behind the scenes and in roles that welcome and support our visitors. They care for the grounds and gardens, prepare meals, clean and make-ready the bedrooms, maintain our historic building, manage bookings, plan events, and handle essential tasks like finance, operations, and communications. Alongside them, our dedicated volunteers and trustees give their time to help with everything from gardening to supporting events and daily operations. Together, they ensure Launde Abbey remains a warm, welcoming, and peaceful place for all who visit.
