Join Chris Whittington to explore the wisdom of The Cloud of Unknowing and The Book of Privy Counselling. Through talks and times of silent meditation, we’ll learn how the practice of resting in loving awareness can open us to the reality that we already live and move in God. Together we’ll discover how this awareness can gently transform our daily lives, relationships, and way of being in the world.

Join Launde Abbey’s Deputy Warden, Revd Anna Walker, for a day of baking and reflection. Under the expert guidance of Launde Abbey chef and patisserie baker, Helen, we will engage in the slow process of mixing, kneading, shaping and waiting, which models to us a beautiful rhythm for prayer and activity, reflection and mindful doing, and the outcome will be lovely fresh hot cross buns to taste and take home.
