Quiet Days

At this season of Candlemas, we spend time with the prayers of Simeon, who is confident to ‘be dismissed’ simply because ‘his eyes have seen” (Luke 2:29-32) and of Mary (Luke 1:38). Their prayers articulate a language of listening & believing; a language of receptive & responsive participation. Led by Revd David Harknett.

For this Quiet Day for Lent, Catherine, one of our ministry team, will be offering some reflections on Jesus’ journey in the desert places and his return to do the work of the Kingdom. His example challenges us to make this season a journey of discovery, too. Led by Revd Catherine Wright.
