You might want to be more resilient in the face of exhausting demands. You might be looking for a deeper foundation for your ministry. You might be wrestling with the question: how do I live a flourishing life? If so, this retreat is for you. Led by Launde Abbey and Renovaré.

The aim of this semi-silent retreat weekend is to help you enter the world of silent retreats gently and with plenty of support. There will be guidance on how to use the time; periods on your own and with the other retreatants, and the opportunity to share your experience with others if you wish to do so. Led by members of the Launde Abbey Community.

Spiritual leader Dr Rhona Knight leads this silent retreat offering one to one support from her team of experienced guides.
This Advent Quiet Day will be led by John Rackley, one of our regular retreat leaders and a member of the Abbey's College of Chaplains. This day offers a gentle pause before the demands of the pre-Christmas season are upon us.
Overwhelmed by life, by love, by a tidal wave of emotions? Please receive this personal invitation from me, Andrew Hall, as we seek to find rest for your soul. A day set aside to catch our breath and infuse our life with the Holy Spirit’s gentle breeze.
Our chaplain, Catherine, will guide reflections on themes from the Psalms, drawing on Walter Brueggemann’s insights into ‘orientation’, ‘disorientation’ and ‘re-orientation’. Alongside her input, there will be space for prayer, walking and listening to God.
This Quiet Day will be led by James Shakespeare, one of our regular retreat leaders. We will be reflecting on the relevance of both St Benedict of Monte Cassino, and St Francis of Assisi, to living a deeper Christian life today.
A quiet, reflective day exploring how God speaks through the beauty of the natural world, with space for prayer, scripture, and a gentle “Soul Filled Meandering” walk in the grounds, led by Jo De Graaf.
